Drawing from dreams, imagination, and memory, I create fantastical imaginary environments in my paintings.  These paintings are a means to escape everyday distractions and seek out a feeling of connectedness with others and nature.  I explore the use of vibrating, layered color, and capture scenes are dreamlike yet bound to reality.  I incorporate imagery from figures, nature, and everyday objects combined in unexpected ways.
